| Abstract: | The divinatory symbol of "litigation"in The Book of Changes reflects the vicissitudes of laws in Shang and Zhou dynasties.The divinatory symbol of "htigation" is very meaningful and includes the sense of supremacy of imperial power,the sense of holding judicial morality in esteem and punishing cautiously,the sense of carefully applying judieia precedents;the sense of trying to quiet down and wipe out disputes and litigations. |
