| 摘 要： | 要规范执法,保障人权,应改变我国目前拘传规定得过于简略的现状,完善拘传立法。为此,需扩大拘传的对象范围,明确拘传的情形,延长拘传的时限,规定拘传的时间间隔,统一拘传的令状,充实拘传的程序,并将侦查中有关拘传的内容集中到强制措施中。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of standardizing enforcement and guaranteeing human rights,legislation of compulsory summon is supposed to be improved and the current simple compulsory summon regulations are also meant to be changed.For which,compulsory summon objects ought to be enlarged,details be clearly defined,time limit be extended,inter-time be stipulated,summons be unified, procedures be substantiated and compulsory measures be emphasized. |
