| 摘 要： | 目前学术界对弱势群体的定义众说纷纭,仍未达成共识。文章认为,对弱势群体应从法学角度将其定义为:在社会转型时期,因社会制度安排等非个人因素而导致的生存、就业或合法效益保障方面处于弱势地位,需要由国家通过法定形式予以救济的人群共同体,所以应将弱势群体的内涵及外延仅限于因制度原因而出现的几类特殊弱势群体。

| Abstract: | At present,there is a multiplicity of views on disadvantaged groups in academic circles.The article holds that a group of people who are made to be in a disadvantaged position in the matters of survival,employment and the guarantee for lawful rights and interests by changes in the social system and some arrangements at the stage of social transition and to need to be relieved from troubles by the government by legal means can be called a disadvantaged group of people. |
