| 摘 要： | 宪法与公民的权利密切相关,我国宪法规定了广泛的公民权利,并且通过不同的方式保障公民权利的实现。对公民基本权利保障体制的完善程度不但反映着一个国家的民主化进程,也象征着法制的完善程度,而我国宪法中关于公民权利的内容严重滞后,应进一步发展和完善关于公民基本权利的规定,建立科学的权利保障体系。

| Abstract: | Constitution is closely related to civil rights. The constitution of China provides wide-ranging civil rights and different means to ensure the realization of these rights. The degree of the perfection of the system that guarantees the basic civil rights not only reflects the process of a nation's democratization,but also symbolizes the degree of the protection of the legal system.However,the content concerning the civil rights in the constitution of our country lags behind.What we should do is to further develop and perfect the regulation of the civil rights and ste up a scientific protection system to ensure these rights. |
