| 摘 要： | 行政相对人针对行政主体的行政受益权是公民权利体系中的一项重要内容。在现代福利国家服务行政理念下,行政主体保障该权利的实现成为一种法律上的义务,实现了重要的法治观念的转变。我国对行政相对人的行政受益权的保护还存在一些不足,需要进一步的完善。
