On the research of Police career commitment and its influencing factors

The police career commitments are divided into such three aspects as affection commitment, continuing commit-ment and regulation commitment. The current career commitment level of grass-roots police is relatively high, among which reg-ulation commitment is significantly higher than affection commitment andcontinuing commitment. Police career commitments and its three factors have significant differences in gender, police division and region. Police career commitment should be necessarily improved in order to reduce the brain drain rate of police and increase the stability of the police force.
