| 摘 要： | 法律援助制度是法制观念发展的结果,国外法律援助制度的发展历程为我国建立相应制度提供了借鉴模式。在我国,要有效地实施法律援助,必须寻求走出法律援助困境的对策,尽快从根本上解决存在的困境。
