| 摘 要： | 近几年来“过劳死”现象屡见媒体,众多中青年也被卷入其中,造成了巨大的社会效应。本文从社会学角度,分析了中青年“过劳死”现象的两个趋势及其形成的生理、心理、社会性根源,并从解压阀、管理制度和健康理念等角度提出了缓解中青年“过劳死”现象的几点对策。
