中国非营利组织现状探析

从理论上看非营利组织一般具有非政府性、非营利性、志愿参与性和多元性等基本特性。与此相对比 ,目前中国非营利组织还存在一定的差距。主要表现为 :非政府性较弱 ,较多的非营利组织与政府存在难以割断的关系 ;非营利性模糊 ,一些非营利组织还具有赢利行为 ;非营利组织缺乏吸纳志愿者的有效渠道 ;非营利组织的多元性还受到政府的较多限制

Analysis of Present Conditions of Chinese Developing NPOs

Generally speaking, NPO's basic natures include non-government, non-profit, volu ntary participation and diversity. Compared to these natures, there is still a l ong way for Chinese NPOs to go. First, to some extent, non-government is weak, and many Chinese NPOs have strong relation with government. Second, non-profit i s vague and some of Chinese NPOs are profit in fact. Third, ways for volunteers to participate in Chinese NPOs are not effective enough. Finally, government's r estrictive measures have negative effect on diversity of Chinese NPOs.
