| Abstract: | The author researches and analyzes the regulations in relation to the ship finance for ships under construction in the BIMCO Standard Newbuilding Contract by making comparison with some other standard ship building contracts.For the purpose of protection the respective rights and interests,some revisions to this Standard Newbuilding Contract are also given in this article. |
