刍议中国民族主义思潮的嬗变与走向

产生于民族危难和社会危机特定历史背景下的中国民族主义，虽然自甲午海战以来，在中国追求民族解放的不同阶段追求的目标不同，但受其所处时代的国际背景、国内背景和文化背景的制约，其主流思想均以中华民族、整个国家为主体，以建立民族独立国家为基本诉求，以保家爱国为宗旨。未来中国民族主义思潮的发展，必须顺应时代变迁，努力克服狭隘民族主义和民族虚无主义并抵制民族分裂主义与极端民族主义，使其逐渐由应激、被动型民族主义走向自发、主动型民族主义，由情绪化、非理性转向温和、务实理性并融合自由主义思想合理成份，形成一种适合中国国情的新型的民族主义。
