| Abstract: | This article analyzes the mutual relationship between the rules of the international trade and the environmental exceptions, discusses the chief contents of the environmental exceptions, and summarizes the basic rules for the application of various environmental exceptions. It also assesses the legal basis for the application of environmental exceptions in China and the experience and lessons drawn in the application. |
