| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于公安消防工作自身的特殊性和外部监督的局限性,公安消防执法行为和观念上存在一些问题。因此,研究和分析新时期公安消防执法工作中存在的问题和薄弱环节,积极探索建立健全公安消防执法监督工作机制的新办法、新思路是公安消防机关值得高度重视的重大课题。

| Abstract: | In recent years,there are some problems existed in fire fighting law execution and views for the specialism of this kind of work and limitation of external supervision.So,these problems and weak points should be studied on and analyzed,and new ways and views to build up law execution supervision system should be high focused on by fire fighting organ. |
