保持党的先进性是马克思主义政党自身建设的根本任务,是新时期加强党的执政能力建设的系统工程,中国共产党的先进性体现在“三个代表”重要思想的落实上。中国工人阶级作为党的阶级基础始终是保持和发展党的先进性的重要实践者,始终是中国共产党依靠的根本力量。在实现“十一五”规划、全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会的历史进程中,当代工人阶级应当充分发挥主力军作用。

The Working Class is the Main Force in Preserving Progressiveness of the Party and Building Harmonious Society

To preserve progressiveness is an essential mission for the self-construction of Marxist political parties.It is also a systematic engineering in strengthening the reigning capability of the Party in the new period.Progressive of the Party in China reflects on implementing the important thought of three representatives.The Chinese Working class,as a basic class of the Party,remains an important practitioner preserving and developing progressiveness of the Party and a primary force relied on by the Party all the time.In the historical process of implementing the Eleventh Five-year Plan,constructing an affluent society as a whole and establishing harmonious socialist society,the contemporary working class should play an important part as the main force.
