| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of the non-symmetric nature of information and the financing structure theory of modern enterprises, the decisive factors of financing and their related effects on enterprise management are often influenced by the managers' non-symmetric information aspect. Therefore, it is of decisive significance to the enterprises to analyze thoroughly the financing structure theory and present referential theoretical modes concerned. |
