| 摘 要： | 我国传统的监督体系曾经对于党的执政安全发挥过积极作用,但随着经济体制的转型,也日益暴露了它的许多缺陷。因此,必须通过传统监督体系的内部调整,寻求监督体系的整合与整体功能的扩大,走“政治集约化”的道路。
