Servicemen's legal expectation is a specific legal concern in military struggle preparation ,it bears several features such as subject owned ,interests pursuing ,military related and contents predicted,it appears when there exist the impacts between individual interests and military actions ,including the expectations of legislation ,of executing the law and of war legal systems .It limits and interferes with the fighting capacity of the forces .At present ,servicemen's legal expectations can not adapt to the practical demands of the military struggle preparation ,and should be raised and guided.
