摘    要:师爱能满足学生趋爱心理,能以柔克刚。在教育教学过程中,教师用“微笑”、“赞美”、“关心”等手段向学生表达师爱,以营造爱的、和谐的、融洽的教学情景,实现教育目标。

Abstract:Teachers' love can satisfy the students' psychology of being loved and soften their strong character. In teaching and educating, teachers' love will trigger students' emotive feelings and help them to put right the negatives. This paper promotes teachers' smile, praise and care expressing their love to the students. In such a way, a teaching circumstances full of love and harmoniousness is created in which the teachers and students are on very good terms to achieve their educative purposes.
