| 摘 要： | 1906年担任俄国首相的斯托雷平为了消除革命,巩固沙皇政权,执行了以维护稳定为目标的一系列政策。但在党派利益超越了其代表的社会阶层和国家利益的情形下,斯托雷平的维稳政策在左右两派的反对下悲剧性地失败了。
