| Abstract: | The policy on overseas Chinese affairs under socialism with Chinese characteristics is full of Chinese char- acteristics, which is proposed by our party to solve how to deal with the basic problem of the overseas Chinese affairs in the new reform and opening-up historical period by concentrating all party members wisdom and summing up the ex- perience and lessons. The policy on overseas Chinese affairs possesses rich innovate characteristics and fruits, and serves as a link between past and future, a logic connection and historical route |
