| 摘 要： | 党的十八届三中全会强调加快生态文明制度建设,把生态文明建设理论提高到一个新的水平。建设生态文明制度需要落实到法律层面,从立法、执法、司法、提高生态法律意识和加强社会监督等几个方面发挥法律对于生态文明建设的保障作用。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the eighteenth Committee of the Communist Party stresses to quicken the construction of ecological civilization system and enhance it to a new level. To construct ecological civilization system should be performed from legal perspective and legally guaranteed in respects of legislation,law enforcement,judicatory,raising ecologically legal awareness and strengthening the social supervision. |
