| Abstract: | This comparative analysis of the payment differences of urban and rural labors at different age indicates that there is some relation of inverted ＂U＂ pattern between age and payment. The rural labors aged 36 to 40 get the best payment while the urban labors aged 41 to 45 get the highest payment. |
