对宁夏工业升级与转型的思考

加快工业化进程是现代文明不可逾越的阶段,宁夏作为经济欠发达地区,正处于工业化中期的初级阶段。50多年来工业为宁夏经济社会发展乃至服务国家战略做出了重要贡献,但仍存在高能耗、重污染、低产出、低附加值的弊端。因此,推动宁夏工业产品升级、企业升级、园区升级、产业升级,以此带动结构调整尤为重要。

The speeding up of industrialization is an impassable stage of modem civilization. As an underdeveloped area, Ningxia is in the primary stage of mid-industrialization. Over the past 50 years, industry has made great contribu- tions to the economic and social development of Ningxia and even the national strategies, but there are disadvantages of but there are disadvantages of high energy-consumption, heavy pollution, low output and low value-added. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote structural readjustment by upgrading industrial products, enterprises, industrial parks as well as industries in Ningxia.
