| Abstract: | Target of governing our nation in the stage of thoroughly deepening the reform is to modernize the system and capacity of governing our nation. Modernization of governing system of the nation includes economic governing system,political governing system,cultural governing system,social governing system and modernization of ecological civilization governing system. Governing capacity of the nation also embraces governing the nation scientifically,democratically and legally. |
