| 摘 要： | 抓住西部大开发的历史机遇 ,探索国防军工企业深化改革和提高竞争力的新途径 ;以“军民兼容”的思想为指导 ,搞好西部地区的基础设施建设 ;“军营绿化”与“生态扶贫”相结合 ,走可持续发展的道路 ;发展“新疆建设兵团”的垦荒模式 ,实现军队士兵退伍、干部转业安置与西部大开发的有机结合。

Analysis of the Coordinate Relation between Development of West Regions and Military Economic Construction |

| Abstract: | Development of West Regions is a grand strategy of the Party. President Jiang indicated that army crops should take part in and support development of the West, actively explore new modes and ways of taking part in it under the condition of socialist market economy. The paper studies and explores how to coordinate the relation of Development of Western and military economy, with the guidance of giving consideration to both military economy and national economy. |
