党必须按照“三个代表”的要求 ,把握当代先进生产力发展的特点和趋势 ,推动生产力发展 ;必须认真解决文化建设领域存在的问题 ,在全社会形成凝聚人心、引导民众积极向上的文化氛围 ;必须切实把人们的各种经济利益关系协调好、兼顾好 ,把人民群众的政治权益保护好 ,把人民群众的利益和意愿作为工作的最高标准坚持好。要进行党的组织结构和领导制度的革新 ,坚持用先进文化塑造党 ,切实加强党和人民群众的联系 ,认真解决党内存在的腐败问题 ,并依据新的社会结构变化 ,扩大党的队伍的群众基础 ,才能经得起新的历史考验 ,成为领导中华民族复兴的坚强力量。

Practising "Three Representations"and Realizing the Great Revival of Chinese Nation

The Party must obey the objective demands of "Three Representations " and hold the trends and features of representing the development of advanced productivity so as to drive the development of productivity ;the Party must resolve problems appeared in the fields of cultural construction ,forming the cultural surroundings of unifying people's minds and guiding the people ;the Party must harmonize and give attention to various economy relationships ,and protect people's rights ,and stick to people's interests and will as the highest standard .The Party must carry out the reform of the structure of organization and the system of leadership ,and continue moulding the Party with advanced culture ,and strengthen the connection of the Party with people ,and enlarge the basis of the Party's staff in the people ,only through these can the Party undertake new historic challenges and be the steady force to lead Chinese people for national revival.
