摘    要:构建科学、完善、规范的中国女性领导干部选拔任用机制,既有利于优化领导干部队伍结构、发展社会主义民主政治,更有利于维护女性的政治参与权利,促进男女平等基本国策的实现。本文分析了目前我国女性领导干部选拔任用的原则和标准,从机制视角分析了当前女性领导干部选拔过程中存在的问题,提出了完善女性领导干部选拔机制的相关对策。

Abstract:Building science,improve and standardize the Chinese women mechanism for selecting and appointing leading cadres,leading cadres not only help optimize the structure,develop socialist democratic politics,more conducive to safeguarding the rights of political participation of women and promote the realization of the basic state policy of gender equality.This paper analyzes the selection and appointment of leading cadres of women in the principles and standards,from the perspective of analysis of the current mechanism of female leadership cadre selection problems,by improving the mechanisms for women's leadership cadre selection and related countermeasures.
