| 摘 要： | 深入扩大基层民主是当代中国民主政治的一个现实生长点,并已在制度化、规范化、程序化方面取得了显著成效。然而,我国基层民主政治建设在发展过程中还存在诸多困惑与难题。用科学发展观指导新形势下基层民主政治建设,成为化解当前基层民主政治建设持续发展难题的关键所在。
