“霍桑试验”的启迪与和谐社会

摘    要:霍桑试验开创了以人为本管理理论与实践的一个新时代。坚持以人为本管理理念,就是要将对自然技术科学的研究和社会科学中对人的研究,放在同等重要的位置加以系统思考与切实解决,这样才能加速提高社会生产力。坚持以人为本管理理念,就是要努力创建和谐社会,形成平等、友爱、融洽的人际环境,增进各级组织的凝聚力;就是要努力实践民主管理,形成民主、自由、宽松的组织环境,促进人们在工作中的友好合作与共同进步,不断提高执政能力建设的自觉性。

Abstract:"Hawthorn experiment" opens a new era of management theory and practice with the people-first principle.To stick to management concept with the people-first principle,it is necessary to place the studies of human in social science and the studies of natural science and technology equally,increasing the standard of social productivity.To stick to management concept with the people-first principle,it is necessary to construct harmonious society,and to form human environment of equality,affection and harmonization,strengthening the cohesion of all-level organizations.To stick to management concept with the people-first principle,it is necessary to practise democratic management,to form democrat,liberal and free organizational environment of democracy,promoting people's cooperation and common progress,and improving self-consciousness of construction of ruling capability continuously.
