| 摘 要： | 人类的历史就是一部与传染病斗争的历史。作为预防和控制“SARS”、禽流感等传染病传播的重要手段,“限制人身自由”卫生即时强制在法律适用中存在诸多的问题。对此,本文试图从行政强制角度对这类医学行政行为进行研究,提出相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The human history is a history that people fight contagions.The immediate hygeian constraint measure about confining right of freeness,which is a measure that defends and controls contagions,has a lot of law problems.Based on analyzing the problems,the author puts forward his suggestions on adjusting and perfecting the legislatuin of the immediate hygeian constraint measure about confining right of freeness. |
