| 摘 要： | 信息化的管理首先要求特定的人群具有信息化知识、信息化意识,才能进行或提高信息化管理的效率。在此基础上再进行信息技术与科技管理资源的整合,如科技管理网络系统的设计、网络化管理的模式以及科技管理的信息沟通手段等。信息化管理的过程中必须考虑公安科技信息的涉密管理。
