多党合作制度是载入我国宪法的一项基本政治制度 ,它的产生和发展是我国具体历史条件和现实条件所决定的。多党合作制度的基本特征是 :共产党领导、多党派合作 ,共产党执政、多党派参政。多党合作制度的巨大优势是 :有利于加强和改善共产党的领导 ,有利于促进生产力的发展 ,有利于发展社会主义民主政治 ,有利于社会政治稳定 ,有利于实现人民的根本利益。

Some Reflections on the Characteristics and Advantages of the Multi- Party Cooperation System

The multi-party cooperation system, as one of the basic political system, is written in our constitution, whose form and development are determined by the coutry's specific historical and realistic condition. The basic characteristics are the Communist Party's leadership, multi-party cooperation, the Communist Party's administration and democratic party's participation in government and political affairs. The enormous advantages of the multi-party cooperation system is that: It is beneficial to the strengthening and improvement of the Party's leadership, the development of productive force, the development of socialist democratic politics, the political stability of the society and the realization of the people's basic interest.
