| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产事关一国传统文化的发展,关系到一国传统知识经济的发掘,关系到世界文化多样性的发展。我国有着丰富的非物质文化遗产,但是对这些遗产的保护却不尽如人意。为了更好地发挥非物质文化遗产的作用,我国可以建立知识产权制度的多种保护模式。
