Comment on the USA legislative and judicial condition of transgender persons.

Transgender person will meet some practical legal problems after transsexual operation, e.g., household registration, marriage, employment, Medicare, etc. Our legal system has no regulation on this issue. Although the United States has no perfect regulation on it, the federal legal system and states' systems all promulgated many laws to protect transgender persons. By introducing to and commenting on the U.S.A. Legislative and Judicial Condition of Transgender Persons, we can understand the legal embarrassment that transgender persons face after their transsexual operations, and can protect more and more transgender persons. It is helpful for the perfection of our legal system on it.
