| 摘 要： | 盗窃自行车违法犯罪活动已成为群众反映最为强烈的治安热点问题之一,它不仅扰乱了人民群众正常的生活、工作秩序,也是建设社会主义和谐社会中亟待解决的重点和难点问题。结合公安部等六部委在全国范围内部署开展的治理自行车被盗问题专项行动,笔者在本文中对盗窃自行车违法犯罪活动的特点、原因展开论述,并对此提出相应对策。
