| 摘 要： | 结合对我国口供补强规则执行情况的分析,应当对我国的补强证据规则进行重新表述。在我国 现行法律规则的基础上,规定我国口供补强规则的一般及其例外。建议修改我国刑事诉讼法第四十六条。

| Abstract: | Combined with the analysis of implementation of the rule of oral confession reinforcement in our country, this rule should be explained again. On the basis of our country's current law, we should stipulate the general rule of oral confession reinforcement and its exception. We suggest revising article 46 of the criminal procedural law of our country. |
