| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了弓形虫排泄分泌抗原的制备及其组分,对近几年国内外排泄分泌抗原在免疫功能及应用方面的研究进展加以综述,并对其在疫苗研制上的成果和前景进行了探讨,旨在为弓形虫病疫苗的研制提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the preparation and components of excreted/secreted antigens(ESAs) of Toxoplasma gondii,reviews the recent advances in immune functions and application of the ESAs,and discusses the achievements and prospects in the development of vaccines against T.gondii infection,to provide some valuable references for the vaccine development of T.gondii. |
