The Theoretical Basis of the Unity of Factual Judgment and Value Judgment in Political Science

In politics there are two kinds of existence: the empirical facts and the metaphysical being, which is transcendental. The value of the empirical facts is determined by the metaphysical being. So, in political research, the judgment as to what the metaphysical significance embodied the practical politics "is" is the theoretical basis of the unity of factual judgment and value judgment.
