| 摘 要： | 选民与代表的关系是选举理论要涉及的最核心问题。对此 ,历史至今形成了委托说、代表说、冲突博弈说等众多的选举理论流派。文章从选民与代表之间属合作或者冲突关系这一崭新视角对这些基本的选举理论进行了历史的比较分析 ,旨在探讨它们对代议民主理论、选举理论及实际的选举制的影响。

| Abstract: | The relationship between electorate and representative is the core issue concerned in election theories. So far there have been many election theory genres on it, such as commission theory, representation theory, conflict-game theory, and so on. This paper compares and analyzes historically these basic theories of election from a new angle of view on the cooperative or conflict relation between electorate and representative, and aims to discuss the influences of these theories on representation democracy theories, election theories and practical election systems. |
