| 摘 要： | 随着北京2008年奥运会的临近,会出现奥运会特别仲裁裁决在中国的承认与执行问题.我国应当尽快制定或完善体育仲裁方面的立法和相关规定,承认包括奥运会争议在内的体育仲裁为可仲裁事项;撤回对《纽约公约》的商事保留,以使当事人能够根据《纽约公约》在我国提出承认与执行的申请.

| Abstract: | With the coming of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the recognition and enforcement of Olympic Games arbitral awards in China will be an issue that should be settled.In view of this,China should promulgate or consummate its sports-related arbitration regulations as early as possible,recognize sports-related disputes including Olympic disputes may be settled through arbitration,and withdraw its commercial reservation to New York Convention in 1986. |
