| 摘 要： | 本文以史料为基石 ,对在建国初期即 1 949— 1 953年残存的旧社会滋生的帮会型、邪教型、土匪型、恶霸型四种主要类型的有组织犯罪进行了阐释 ,分析了这一特定历史时期的有组织犯罪在组织结构、犯罪行为、犯罪方式等方面所呈现出的四个特征。

| Abstract: | Basing on the historical materials, the author elaborates the main four types of the organized crimes on the early stage following the founding of the PRC, namely, secret society, cult, bandit and local tyrant, which were developed in the old society. In addition, the author also analyzes the four features shown by the organized crime mainly from the aspects of the structure of organization, the criminal acts , the ways of crime in this special period. |
