The divisions among urban groups of young employees and its countermeasures

With the transformation of China's economic and social structures and the rising of knowledge orientated economy, the divisions among urban groups of young employees is increasingly manifesting itself. The youth with high culture and the common youth differ greatly in employment, income, job transfer, further education, self identification of economic and social status, political participation and life quality, etc. The divisions should be taken as the starting point of the proposing youth policies.
