| 摘 要： | 听证在我国行政领域的运用可谓现代行政的一大进步,它最早源于西方国家,并逐步发展出各种形式的听证。高校作为法律法规授权的组织,自然也应将这一制度运用于其学生管理工作中,以体现行政程序的公正性。
