| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆图书招标采购中常出现中标书商无法满足图书馆购书要求、到书率低不及时、到书质量不过硬、后继服务不到位等问题,并提出了对高校图书馆采购招标工作进行质量管理的具体措施:加大对书商资质的审查力度、认真对待评标工作、认真编制相关文件、灵活使用购书经费、提高招标人员的综合素质等。

| Abstract: | There aresome problems incollegelibrariesprocurementbidding：successfulbid booksellers couldn＇tmeetlibrary book order requirement,the rate of reach books is low and not in time,the quality is not good and successor serviceis not good.The measures to solve the problems are： enhancing review intensity for booksellers,paying attention to evaluatebidding work,making bidding documents,using book-purchasing funds flexibly and improving bidding persons＇ comprehensive quality. |
