| 摘 要： | 行政规划是实现行政目的的重要手段,行政规划主体必须把握行政规划的范围。分析我国行政规划范围界定的不足,借鉴理论研究和规划实践比较成熟的国家和地区的经验,提出完善我国行政规划范围的建议。
