| 摘 要： | 受诉讼模式的影响,不同的诉讼模式下有着不同的侦查模式。通过对两大法系下不同的侦查模式的特点进行比较和分析,进而对我国的侦查模式的特点进行论述,从而分析我国侦查模式的缺点并提出完善我国侦查模式的构想。

| Abstract: | There are different investigation modes under different litigation modes with their influence.This article compares and analyses characteristics of different investigation modes in two major law systems,discusses the characteristics of investigation mode in China,then analyses the defect of our investigation mode and puts forward compositions for improvement. |
