公安队伍正规化建设研究综述

公安队伍正规化建设,是公安部为深入贯彻落实《中共中央关于进一步加强和改进公安工作的决定》和第二十次全国公安会议精神,不断提高公安队伍正规化建设水平而作出的战略性决策。近些年国内对公安队伍正规化研究的论文颇多,作者收集了十几年来国内发表的相关文献,对公安队伍正规化建设研究进行总结,希望能够更全面地理解和把握公安队伍正规化建设的基本内容和要求,明确在正规化建设过程中遇到的问题与困惑,以便更好地促进公安队伍正规化建设。

Overview of Regularization Construction of Public Security Staff

The regularization construction of public security staff is an strategic decision made by the Ministry of Public Security to thoroughly apply ＂Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Further and Improving Public Security Work＂ and spirit of the 20th national public security conference and continuously improve regularization construction level of public security staff.There are many correlational researches in China in recent years,so the author collects related records published for more than a decade,summarizes these researches,hopes to have a comprehensive understanding of its basic components and requirements,clarifies problems and bewilderments during its process,in order to promote it better.
