| 摘 要： | 构建和谐警民关系是抓好三项建设的关键,是提高公安软实力的有效措施,也是新时期警务改革的重点。公安机关应在明确和谐警民关系内涵的基础上,分析警民关系的现状和影响警民关系和谐的深层原因,探寻促进警民关系和谐的有效途径,找到发挥和谐警民关系长效和实效的着力点。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious relationship between police and people is the key to grasp ＂three constructions＂,the effective measures to improve police soft power and the key of the police reform in new era.Based on the clear definition of harmonious relationship between police and people,the public security organs should analyze the current relationship and deep reasons effecting it,seek effective ways to promote the harmonious relationship,and find key point to make the harmonious relationship long and effective. |
