| 摘 要： | 马克思劳资关系理论的形成和发展经历了三个发展阶段,其具有阶级对立和对抗性、阶级利益关系和阶级性的特点.通过研究马克思的劳资关系理论,有利于了解当代社会工人阶级的地位、资本和劳动的关系,从而解答前人所无法回答的问题.
