| 摘 要： | 从尚未结束的“阿拉伯之春”到印度哈扎雷的绝食抗议，都直接或间接与腐败问题密切相关。俄罗斯的腐败问题已演变成一种普遍的社会现象。中俄都是转型国家，都面临着反腐败的严峻形势，深入剖析俄罗斯的腐败现象、腐败危害和反腐败手段等，将会使我们从中获得深刻的启示。

| Abstract: | The chaos from the unending Arab spring to Indian Hazare hunger strike is directly or indirectly closely connected with corruption, which has evolved into a general social phenomenon in Russia. As China and Russia are both transitional countries confronted with a stern anti-corruption situation. A deep-seated probe on Russia’s corruption and harms as well as its anti-corruption means would be highly revealing to us. |
